This committee plans and produces the annual VIA Leadership Program. The program creates a continuing pathway to successor development for the Valley Industry Association and the business community as a whole by offering learning opportunities for participants to become the next level of leaders within VIA and the community by sharing information, developing skills, and forming relationships.
