I’m an accountability coach that will help you lose weight for the last time!! The best part of this plan – YOU write it based on what YOU eat and what YOU can do. When you go to the Dr., you are held accountable when they ask you to get on the scale. That’s accountability. I don’t weigh you, but I do hold you accountable for the actions you took last week.
