Blind since age 4, Dana LaMon is certainly qualified to talk about overcoming adversity.  A graduate of Yale University and University of Southern California, he was an administrtive law judge for nearly 30 years.  As an acclaimed public speaker and author, he draws from his own experiences to encourage meaningful living.

Dr. Dianne G. Van Hook is an exuberant force of nature, and has been a passionate leader of College of the Canyons for more than 25 years.  She has led the school as it has grown from a small community college to a premier educational campus that is a highlight of California's community college system.
